The team at Reef Gently is a group of folks that love the incredible beauty and intricacy of the marine environment. The breathtaking details of some of God’s finest creations are not only a joy to look at but a pure privilege to have in our living rooms. Today’s reef enthusiasts have access to thousands upon thousands of these works of living art and are becoming more and more concerned with keeping them happy and healthy for as many years as possible.
To this end, Reef Gently has made available something that the industry has never had available before – automatic, hands-off acclimation. The AccliMate™ is the only fool-proof acclimation method out there that allows perfect acclimation, without relying on the constant baby-sitting of the owner to acclimate properly.
As much as we want to do it right, typical acclimation is very inconvenient, time consuming, usually messy and very memory dependent. Overflows, spills, inadvertent water mixing and inadequate timetables have resulted (and continue to result) in frustration for enthusiasts and, more importantly, unnecessary illnesses and untimely demise of countless thousands of these beautiful creatures.
Wes, Jeff, Steve, ad Cindy wanted better for our hobby and for the many creatures that count on us for their health and happiness. With the introduction of auto-acclimation and the many other functions of the AccliMate™, we believe Reef Gently is taking reef-care to the next level.
